Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell and deliver, items cannot be returned nor refunded once the delivery is accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery and let the driver know immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received any wrong items so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Once the delivery is accepted, we will not be able to issue any refunds.
